In this eBook I share 15 dinner recipes we have come to love in the fall and wintertime. These meals will keep you feeling extra cozy and warm from the inside out.

The dinners (or lunches, you choose!) are all plant based, focusing on whole, vibrant foods. My intention is to keep meal time exciting during the colder months when it can sometimes feel as if we are lacking in variety around the dinner table.

There is 1 recipe in the collection that requires both gluten and oil, however the remaining 14 recipes are oil free and gluten free (or with a gluten free option). These are truly recipes we make often, therefore they reflect our lifestyle pretty well (simple, whole foods, etc.).

Hopefully through sharing our favorite cozy dinners you can expand your repertoire of plant-filled meals to feel even more nourished and excited about cooking this time of year!
