In this eBook I will share how I select and store over 40 fruits and vegetables. This has been a long requested topic of conversation the past few years and I couldn’t be more enthused to chat about it with you!
I introduce my mentality around stocking and maintaining our fridge throughout the week, give tips on how to do so, and break down my storage methods for each fruit and vegetable.
You will also find on the produce prep pages a tidbit about why I love the specific fruit or veggie, nutritional highlights, and how we generally use it in our meals.
(Please note, this is not a recipe eBook—although I share general ways in which we use each produce item, the focus is entirely on how to select and store fruits and veggies.)
