Produce Prep eBook

10.00

In this eBook I will share how I select and store over 40 fruits and vegetables. This has been a long requested topic of conversation the past few years and I couldn’t be more enthused to chat about it with you!

I introduce my mentality around stocking and maintaining our fridge throughout the week, give tips on how to do so, and break down my storage methods for each fruit and vegetable.

You will also find on the produce prep pages a tidbit about why I love the specific fruit or veggie, nutritional highlights, and how we generally use it in our meals.

(Please note, this is not a recipe eBook—although I share general ways in which we use each produce item, the focus is entirely on how to select and store fruits and veggies.)

I answer a few bonus questions from you at the end of the eBook and hope these provide you with some additional insight and encouragement!

Wishing you all the best on prepping your beautiful produce, it is such a gift to have access to it at all.

Tip: This is a large file and is best downloaded over a strong wifi connection using a computer first. It can afterwards be easily transferred to a phone.
