In this eBook you will find 15 vibrant recipes we love to enjoy during the spring and summertime. I am so happy to be sharing these meals with you, all of which are centered around our favorite produce this time of year. This is the first eBook of mine where I have breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and sweet treats all in one. My hope was to show how you can enjoy a variety of colorful, in-season plant foods in an entire day of meals. Sticking to my true form, these recipes are every-day-simple and focus on whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, beans, and whole grains.

I hope you enjoy the recipes as much as we do—and feel deeply connected to these exciting, vibrant seasons!

*Six of the recipes contain some gluten (farro, spelt, rye, etc) but most can be easily swapped with gluten free options if needed. All but one recipe (the cornbread) are oil free and there are no refined sugars used.
